Google Presentations

Hey everyone!

One of our upcoming assignments is for us to create a Google presentation and have members of our blog team give each other feedback. I thought that it would a good idea to use our blog as a means to help each other complete the assignment.

So feel free to use this space to post your Google presentation rough drafts where we can all give each other feedback.

    Also, I guess to give feedback on Google Presentations, you go up to the toolbar, click on INSERT and then click on COMMENT on any slide you wish to leave a comment on.

      Commenting can only be done in the editor by the way.

      Hi Riley,
      I tried to access editor to leave comments on your presentation but it said I needed permission. I requested permission but let me know if I'm doing something wrong, I'm new to this. Thanks!

      Yingchun, did it work for you? Claire, I was not able to use edit to comment, it said view only for me. Not sure if it's me but I couldn't figure out how to leave a comment, edit was not available.

      Hi Claire,
      I tried again but it says View Only and I am not able to leave a comment using the above link. I'm not sure why since YingChun can leave you a comment. I was able to comment on Riley and Kendra's. It looks great though, in case I'm not able to leave a comment I wanted you to know you put LT 140 instead of LT130 and don't forget the date. I also thought maybe you could put the links on your questions slide and double check that you had 15 slides for the maximum points(according to rubric). You did a great job though!!!

      I could not get in to make comments either. However I do want to mention that the front page does not have a date. I'm trying to pull stuff from the rubric so we all get the most amount of points!

    I'm having trouble getting everyone access to comment on my presentation. ( I will post it as soon as I can get this fixed ) Is there an easier way other than inputing everyones gmail? Like a list or something? Man, I am really confused with this part!

      Hi Kendra,

      To give access to comments on your presentation in Google Docs just go to:

      File > Share

      and a window will pop up asking for the email addresses of all the people you want to share your presentation with along with a "Can Edit" or "Can Comment" button

      Also, here is the list of email address of everyone on our blogging team just for future reference!
